If you want a drink that looks straight out of a Pinterest board but takes almost no effort, this strawberry rose is a must have for Galentine’s! I started by slicing strawberries super thin and gently layering them inside a silicone muffin cup in the shape of a rose. The first time I tried it I was shocked at how pretty it looked before it even froze! I added a little water to hold the shape popped it into the freezer and forgot about it for a few hours. When I pulled it out it looked like a tiny frozen flower and I immediately knew this was going to be my go to trick for girls nights!
Dropping the frozen strawberry rose into a martini glass is where the magic really happens! I have used sparkling water rosé and even mocktails and every single time my friends ask how I made it. It melts slowly so the drink stays cold and gets a subtle strawberry flavor which I love! I made a batch ahead of time for a Galentine’s night and it made hosting feel so fun and elevated without stress. This is one of those simple ideas that feels special every time you serve it and I will absolutely be making it again!
